Report a question or a fact

On an iPhone, tap “Get the app” to open the app's App Store page; App Support sits in its developer information (on the web version of the listing it is labeled Developer Website). A report gets fixed fastest when it carries three details:

  • the page address and the trial number from the trial sheet;
  • the first few words of the question;
  • the option you would key, and the passage in the outline, the Ethics Code or the handbook that supports it.

Questions only the BACB or Pearson VUE can answer

Nobody here can see your BACB account, application, authorization or result. Eligibility, fieldwork documentation and scores go to the BACB through its Contact Us form. Booking, rescheduling and canceling belong to Pearson VUE: per the BCaBA Handbook (updated June 2026), the BACB cannot change an appointment for you. Everything else starts on the overview.
